At TEE CLAN, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While all sales are typically final, we will gladly resolve any issues regarding incorrect sizes or damaged/faulty items by offering a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a size different from the one you ordered.
The item was damaged or faulty when you received it.
If your order meets one of these conditions, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the item to ensure adequate time for processing.

How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund
To begin the return process, email teeclanuk@outlook.com with:

Your order number
Clear images showing the issue (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via Royal Mail, along with the return address details.
Please ensure the item is returned within 7 days of receiving the label.

After we receive the returned item, you can choose one of the following options:

A replacement, which will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
A refund, which will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, so we encourage you to consult our size guide before placing your order.
